In-stock pieces ship from Los Angeles within 1–2 business days; US delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Made-to-order and hand-knitted pieces are produced for you: we'll give you a date when you order.

Each product page lists garment measurements and the model's size. Between sizes? Size down on wrap styles, size up on fitted cotton. Still unsure: DM us your measurements on Instagram and we'll answer same day.

Yes. Hand-knitted pieces are made to order in any colour, to your measurements. Reach out with subject "Custom order" and we'll take it from there.

Unworn pieces with tags can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale. Refunds land back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cotton pieces: machine wash cold, lay flat to dry. Hand-knits and pearls: spot clean only. Every product page carries its own care line.

Every piece is wrapped in our blue tissue with the ASHÍK illustration, sealed with the swan sticker, and packed in a red or blue box with satin ribbon handles. A thank-you card comes with every order.
